At BioAfya Supplements & Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements, personal care, and opened items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used supplements
• Items without original packaging
• Discounted or clearance items
• Gift cards or promotional items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Vodacom M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or bank card).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we'll assist you accordingly.
